ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be processed and available for shipping between
2 - 4 business days (Mon-Fri), excluding national holidays, after order is received. Orders received after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. An email will be sent confirming items have been shipped along with a tracking number.
From time to time items may become short in supply due to circumstances beyond our control. In such case(s) we will inform you as soon as possible. If an item becomes backordered we will contact you asap. We reserve the right to remove the backordered item from your order. Alternatively, we may contact you to suggest a similar item that is equal to or greater in value as a replacement.
We only ship to physical addresses. Shipping to remote addresses may be subject to additional costs to be paid by you, as such you will be notified at the time of order processing.

We go above and beyond in order to show our clients why we’re the best option for their needs and that is why Customer Satisfaction is important to us. Although all sales are final, should you receive a product from us that you feel is unsatisfactory or defective, please inform our Customer Service Team by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving the product. Should you contact us within 7 days of receipt, and wish to exchange a defective item, we will issue an exchange ticket and a return shipping label to rectify your problem as soon as possible. If it is our mistake, we will resolve it immediately or a soon as possible. However, if you contact us after 7 days of receiving the product, we reserve the right to use our discretion to rectify your situation. Please be prepared to provide pictures and a detailed explanation of what you feel needs to be corrected by us. If the packaging is damaged, please take a picture and send it to us with your inquiry. Note that if our shipping company made a mistake or delivered the product damaged, we will direct you to their customer service department.
One year warranty on equipment. Please inform our Customer Service Team by email (email@example.com) within 1 year of receiving the product. Should you contact us within 1 year of receipt, and wish to exchange a defective item, we will issue an exchange ticket and a return shipping label to rectify your problem as soon as possible.
